Cancellation Policy
All cancellations & rescheduled appointments must be made 24 hours prior to your appointment time, including all trainings. Any cancellations made less than 24hr of the scheduled appointment time will result with 100% remaining. No shows will result in a full charge. Rescheduled appointments must be made 24hrs prior to your appointment to avoid a $30 rescheduling fee. This insures everyone time is respected. Thank you for understanding & booking.
